1.General Definitions

From the moment you access the skm8d website and related services ("Platform"), you (the "Player") are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between skm8d and the Player. skm8d operates this Platform exclusively for players in Myanmar and provides services in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

1.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Platform. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing or playing under any circumstances.

1.2 Legal and Operational Jurisdiction

Players must verify for themselves that online gambling is legally permitted in their place of residence. It remains the player's own responsibility to check this, and skm8d accepts no liability for any losses arising from a player's breach of applicable laws.

2.Account Registration and Verification

2.1 One Account Per Player Policy

Each player may open only one account at skm8d. If a single person opens multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, all related accounts will be closed immediately and any remaining balances will not be refunded.

2.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when opening an account. If a withdrawal is requested from an account registered with false information, skm8d has the right to carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) check before processing the withdrawal.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. If you become aware that a third party is using your account, you must notify the skm8d support team immediately. skm8d is not liable for any losses incurred before such notification is made.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

skm8d reserves the right to request a player's driving licence, national ID card or passport, and proof of bank payment at any time. If the documents submitted are found to be invalid, the account may be suspended immediately.

3.Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is 3,000 Ks. The platform does not charge a processing fee for deposits, but fees may be applied by your bank or payment service provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Standard processing time is 5 to 30 minutes. It may take longer during bank downtime or while verification checks are being carried out.

3.3 Payment Verification

Only the player's own payment method may be used for deposits. skm8d does not accept third-party payments. If any financial irregularity is detected, funds may be frozen and an investigation opened.

4.Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

skm8d offers a 200% Welcome Bonus for players making their first deposit. This means 200% of your deposit amount will be added as a bonus, with a maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks.

Bonus examples —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus; total balance 60,000 Ks; wagering requirement 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
• Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum amount); total balance 420,000 Ks; wagering requirement 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times. The deposit amount and bonus amount are not combined — only the bonus amount itself is multiplied by 25 for the wagering requirement.

4.3 VIP Tier and Cashback

skm8d's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3% per week
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7% per week
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0% per week

VIP tier upgrades depend on the player's gaming activity and will be carried out as announced by skm8d.

4.4 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are issued to personal player accounts only. Using bonuses for currency exchange, resale, or arbitrage strategies is prohibited. skm8d reserves the right to modify or suspend any bonus at any time; any suspension will be announced in advance.

5.Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All players must play fairly. Exploiting software bugs, using bots for automated play, and colluding with other players to manipulate games are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game system malfunction causes an incorrect result during play, skm8d has the right to void that round and issue a refund. Any player found deliberately exploiting a malfunction will not receive winnings and may have their account suspended.

5.3 Payouts

Winnings are paid out strictly according to skm8d's game paytable. If there is any dispute regarding a payout, contact the support team immediately. A decision will be made after the matter has been reviewed.

6.Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform —

• Any activity related to money laundering
• Using payment methods that have not been verified as your own
• Using bots to claim bonuses
• Opening multiple accounts using the same payment method or within the same household
• Accessing games through software, hacking tools, or data interception
• Selling or sharing a player's personal information to third parties
• Copying the platform's intellectual property without permission

If any of the above violations are found, skm8d may close the account and forfeit remaining balances without prior notice. Further legal action may be taken if necessary.

7.Personal Data and Security

skm8d protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and up-to-date security technology. For details on how personal data is handled, please read our Privacy Policy.

The player agrees that skm8d may hold platform usage analytics, game logs, and transaction history — to be used for improving services and for compliance purposes.

8.Account Closure and Service Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

A player may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be withdrawn.

8.2 Closure by skm8d

skm8d may close an account without prior notice if a breach of these terms is found. If the service is to be terminated without a breach, 7 days' advance notice will be given.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel you cannot control your urge to gamble, visit the Responsible Gaming page and set up a self-exclusion. If you try to access your account during a self-exclusion period, skm8d will block you.

9.Limitation of Liability

skm8d works hard to provide a safe and trustworthy platform, but cannot be held responsible in the following situations —

• Issues with a player's internet connection
• Delays caused by third-party payment services
• Unauthorized account access that the player is responsible for protecting
• Service delays due to external legal or regulatory changes
• External issues beyond skm8d's control (force majeure)

skm8d's maximum liability for any player claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player during the relevant period in which the issue occurred.

10.Changes to Terms

skm8d reserves the right to update or amend these terms whenever it deems necessary. Changes will be announced on the platform, and players who continue to access the platform after an announcement is made will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.

Each time a player uses the platform, they should read and review the terms in effect at that time and proceed on the understanding that they agree to them.
